This is a special - women's only service. Are you a woman? Maybe a mom, overwhelmed with work, home, and all the multi-tasking duties you have to manage. Or maybe you are a working woman with time restraints and tight schedules, or just a woman with her own form of challenges. Whatever challenge you may have at hand right now, if you are seeking some emotional support, therapeutic counsel, fresh air, and some exercise - this service is for you. Let's go for a quick chat, get in some fresh air, learn how to breathe again, and get in some exercise while we do it all! Let's take time for ourselves and prioritise our health, so that we can show up well for all the things and people we have in our care.
