The teenage years can be some of the most overwhelming — identity, pressure, relationships, social media, academic stress, and so much more all colliding at once. Adolescents often don't want to talk to their parents, but they do want to talk to someone. I offer a non-judgemental, confidential space where young people can show up exactly as they are. I work with adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, school refusal, exam stress, bullying, low self-worth, and identity challenges. Sessions are conversational and relaxed — no couch, no clipboard, just a real conversation at your pace. Walk & Talk sessions are also available and are particularly popular with teens who find it easier to talk while moving.
