The teenage years can be some of the most overwhelming, identity, pressure, relationships, social media, academic stress, and so much more all colliding at once. Adolescents often don't want to talk to their parents, but they do want to talk to someone. I offer a non-judgemental, confidential space where young people can show up exactly as they are. I work with adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, school refusal, exam stress, bullying, low self-worth, and identity challenges. Sessions are conversational and relaxed, no couch, no clipboard, just a real conversation at your pace. Walk & Talk sessions are also available and are particularly popular with teens who find it easier to talk while moving.
