Service Description

Taking that first step to seek support for your child is one of the most loving things you can do as a parent. Children experience big emotions too and sometimes they need a safe, neutral space to express what they can't yet put into words at home. I work with children navigating anxiety, school refusal, bullying, friendship difficulties, behavioural challenges, and life changes such as separation or moving schools. Sessions are age appropriate, gentle, and built around your child's comfort. Parents are included: a brief check in of around 10 minutes at the start or end of each session keeps you informed and part of the process, within the same session time.
